I moved to SA few months ago with my boyfriend: a new city, no friends with only a plan to buy a house. I did my research and talked to at least 10 realtors. I was debating between the two realtors I last met with. The first realtor was recommend by my lender at the time, and that meant a bonus incentive if I went with a realtor through them. The second realtor was Mr. Basil Franz, which I came across him through a quick internet search. Both were very knowledgeable, but what sold me on to Mr. Franz was his amiable and trustworthy personality, accompanied by the fact that he wasn't pressuring me into signing with him. Mr. Franz was incredibly helpful from the start. He took time to talk and send us(my boyfriend and I) properties that matched my taste, and budget. After, having met with many realtors. He really stood out and was an easy choice. Next, he helped us with the VA home loan process. The fact he is a Veteran was definitely a plus. I choose to purchase a duplex that he had shown me. He gave great advice and suggestions every step of the way for a new landlord to be. Always, quick to respond to any questions and incredibly patient as well. As a first time home buyer, I felt very nervous at times and he took time to ease and talk me though any problem or concern I may have had. There are may realtors out there, but if you're looking for a realtor that is knowledgeable, honest and friendly, don't think twice, you CAN NOT go wrong with Mr. Basil Franz.
